How I Make Pulled Pork Crepe Pinwheels
Filipinos first witnessed and discovered crepes at early 2000s when Crazy Crepe built a number of stalls in our country. Other restaurants eventually added crepes in their dessert menu. This French pancake became a favorite to eat during snack time. We enjoy it in cake form, in cone or in folds. It’s so good when it is filled with fruits, jams, whipped cream and ice cream.
When we think of crepe, we think of sweet stuff. But did you know that crepes can be savory as well? That’s what we are going to try today.
This savory crepe is made of pulled pork bbq and is rolled into pinwheels. It’s easy to create so I’ll know you and your kids are gonna enjoy making this.
