How I Make Tuna Salad
Tuna salad is a classic meal for quick lunch or snack, especially among the Americans. The addition of this seafood to a bed of fresh greens makes the dish rich, briny and less boring, not to mention that it’s healthier because of the presence of Omega-3 fatty acids.
However, looking up at the internet, I always find tuna salads made out of canned tuna. I won’t deny that it’s delish since the juice and oil from the can really adds exciting flavors. But using fresh fish will lead your taste buds to greater flavors. Nothing beats the natural juices of a tuna.
