How I Make Alaska Choco Peanut Trifle

It’s been a tradition of mine to post the food I created every Christmas. I thought I’m gonna start doing this on the 24th of December since I usually cook for the family’s Noche Buena. But this year, I think, I’ll start as early as today because I made something for our company’s Christmas party. It’s so good and nostalgic so there’s no way I’m gonna keep the recipe to myself.

I actually got the idea of making Choco Peanut Trifle through Alaska Nanay Club recipe page. Instead of the usual mango toppings, I tweaked it to chocolate peanut. In the Philippines, we have this small crumbly choco peanut bar that we love to buy in mini stores when we were kids. I hope you, in foreign countries, have that, too, because if not, you’re missing something. It’s the perfect topping for my trifle!
