How I Make Homemade Sardines In Tomato Sauce
Sardines was introduced to me as a canned fish either in tomato sauce or olive oil. When we hear of sardines, we initially think of the ones in cans instead of the fresh ones because it’s a fish that we don’t usually buy from the wet market and cook it at home. It’s a fish that we buy from groceries and is ready-to-eat.
But when my mom learned how to cook homemade sardines in tomato sauce, which turned out really amazing, we ditch the instant and choose the hard way now. It’s just fun to know that we can create a natural alternative to something that is preserved.
