How I Make Pumpkin Soup
Instead of finding pumpkins spooky during Halloween, I find them nutritious and delicious. In fact, this season is a great time to make pumpkin dishes as we need to utilize the flesh of Halloween pumpkins. After all, thanksgiving is also coming.
For this year’s Halloween, we decided to make Pumpkin Soup. It’s fast and easy to make and yet, the thick, creamy and smooth soup, which only contains few calories, for sure, is simply irresistible.
