How I Make Gouda And Vienna Sausage Pizza Quiche

Last week, I got creative with the leftovers from my birthday charcuterie board and whipped up Brie Grape Crispbread and a Brie Apple Galette. But guess what? I still have some Gouda cheese sitting in the fridge! So, I thought, why not mix it with the Vienna sausages I have on hand? Add in some eggs and a tortilla wrap, and it hit me. Why not make a quiche?

A Sausage Pizza Quiche is the perfect blend of comfort food and creativity. It’s got all the flavors, savory meat, melty cheese, and a satisfying crust of a classic sausage pizza, but baked into a rich, creamy quiche. It’s quick, filling, and versatile enough for breakfast, lunch, or even a fun twist for dinner. Plus, it’s a great way to use up whatever ingredients you have lying around!

1. Prepare all the ingredients needed.

  • Butter
  • Tortilla wrap
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Sausage
  • Egg
  • Milk
  • Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dried Basil Leaves

2. Grease the dish bowl with butter and put the tortilla wrap as crust.

3. Brush some tomato sauce on tortilla wrap.

4. Slice sausage and gouda cheese.

5. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, pepper and dried basil leaves.

6. Arrange sausage on tortilla and pout the egg mixture into the dish pan.

7. Top with sliced cheese.

8. Bake in pre-heated oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees celsius.

9. Your Sausage Pizza Quiche is now done and ready to be served.
