How I Make BLT Hummus Wrap

If you remember last year, I went on a hummus streak, posting a series of hummus-based dishes for six consecutive weeks to make the most out of a jar of hummus I made. And now, history is repeating itself! A friend recently gave me hummus, and I’m taking it as a sign. Shall I continue the series? I think the answer is yes because right now, I’m craving a Hummus BLT Wrap.
This wrap is healthy and delicious! It’s the perfect way to reset after all the indulgent feasting from Christmas and New Year’s. Creamy hummus, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomatoes all wrapped up in one satisfying bite. Let’s dive in!
1. Prepare all the ingredients needed.
- tortilla bread
- hummus
- bacon
- lettuce
- tomato
- salt

2. Since I was just using leftover bacon from our Noche’s Buena’s Cream of Mushroom Pasta, I already have my bacon ready. But for those who are starting from scratch, I recommend frying them until crispy. There’s no need to chop them into little bits like this one.

3. Wash the lettuce and tomatoes and slice into wedges.

4. Season tomato and lettuce with salt.

5. Spread hummus on tortilla bread.

6. Assemble the BLT components.

7. Wrap and let it set in fridge for a few minutes.

8. Slice.

9. Your BLT Hummus Wrap is now done and ready to be served.
