How To Make Cheesesteak Quesadilla
Hey! I know a place that serves great cheesesteak quesadilla. It’s in my house! I’m sorry it isn’t available for orders. But don’t worry. I’ll share how it is made.
You’re gonna love this. The oozing cheese, juicy meat and crispy tortilla wrap will surely complete your snack time. My boyfriend said that it’s like a fusion of Kanwatam and Casa Estela since Cheesy Beef Quesadilla and Philly Cheesesteak Panini are his faves from the two restaurants respectively.
1. Prepare all the ingredients needed. This measurement makes 12 slices of quesadillas.
- 1 kilo ribeye steak
- 6 flour tortillas
- 12 cheddar cheese slices
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 kilo bell pepper
- 1/4 white onion
- salt
- pepper
- basil flakes
2. Slice bell peppers and white onions into small strip. Set aside.
3. Likewise, cut steak into strips when it is already thawed.
4. In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and fry sliced steak based on the doneness you want. I always wanted my steak to be medium-rare.
5. Season your meat with salt and pepper.
6. On the same pan and on the same butter, cook the sliced onion and bell pepper.
7. Change pans, turn fire into low heat and warm your tortilla wrap.
8. Place cheddar cheese slices and grated mozzarella cheese on one side.
9. Put meat and veggies on the other side. Season with basil flakes.
10. When the cheese starts to melt, fold tortilla wrap and let the cheese stick into the steak.
11. Cut tacos into two making quesadillas.
12. Your Cheesesteak Quesadillas is now done and ready to be served.
