How I Make Chili Peanut Pasta

Peanut on pasta sounds weird, doesn’t it? My family thought the same thing when I served this dish for lunch. At first, they were puzzled by the flavors, but guess what? They ended up liking it! I told them they better get familiar with these East and Southeast Asian flavors, especially if they ever plan to visit SEA countries because traveling to Southeast Asia is now on the plans.

This recipe takes inspiration from Fujian Peanut Noodles, a beloved dish from China known for its creamy peanut sauce and savory, slightly spicy kick. It’s a flavor bomb that brings together the nuttiness of peanuts, a hint of heat, and chewy noodles for a truly unique pasta experience. Trust me. You give it a bite and you’ll see why it’s a crowd-pleaser despite its unconventional twist!
