How I Make Del Monte Curry Beef Kebab

Recently, we moved to a new house, which I can call my own. This also means that I am taking a new leap to adulthood. Why did I say that? It’s because I have now the responsibility to cook for the family. Yep! I’m now cooking everyday so you’ll expect more main courses in the recipe section of this blog now.

One thing to thank in this new stage of mine is Del Monte Kitchenomics because some times, I find it hard to think what to cook. I’m glad that Del Monte provides recipes and meal planners, which can be found in their Life Gets Better page.

Last week, I recreated their Curry Beef Kebab using Del Monte Quick N’ Easy Curry Mix and my dish turned out superb. It felt like I’m a real chef here. Here’s how I made it.

buying soma 1. Prepare all the ingredients needed.

8. Skewer marinated beef, tomatoes, potatoes and carrots alternately.

9. Get the grill ready. I’m using pan because I don’t cast iron or grill but that’s much preferable. Heat olive oil.

10. Cook your kebab. Flip time to time.
