How I Make Strawberry Muffins
It’s summer and I have to say I have tons of strawberries in our fridge today. It’s the perfect season to sell my strawberry products. For those who don’t know, I’m making and selling strawberry products online. So when you visit our home, you’ll see a lot of these vibrant pink berries.
But, sometimes, I want to take a break from making Strawberry Milk and Strawberry Cream Cheese Sandos. You can guess that I’m tired seeing milk and white breads. How about seeing some muffins this time?
Fresh and juicy strawberries makes moist and delish American muffins. And nope! I’m not gonna sell these. Bake them to taste them.
1. Prepare all the ingredients needed.
- 150 grams strawberries
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsps butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- strawberry jam
2. Melt the butter.
3. Combine the wet ingredients.
4. Add the sugar, salt and baking powder.
5. Gradually incorporate the flour.
6. Slice strawberries into dices.
7. Fold in the sliced strawberries.
8. Pour batter in muffin liners.
9. Bake muffin in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsiun for 20 minutes.
10. Let them cool and inject strawberry jam.
11. Your Strawberry Muffins are now done and ready to be served.
