How I Make White Chocolate Mint Milkshake
I mentioned in my recent blog tackling some matching food pairings that chocolate and mint combination is among the things that is so addicting and blending when mixed. Some people may not want the fusion of chocolate and mint but I’ll argue with them on this. It’s decadent and refreshing at the same time. Actually, chocolate goes well with everything but mint just hit the spot. It’s great on its own as I can devour a whole bar of it. It is also great as a garnish to dishes. But today, we’ll prove that the combo can also make a great milkshake.
For this drink, we are specifically using white chocolate for that buttery and creamy touch.
Get ready to feel the winter wonderland on a hot summer day!
1. Prepare all the ingredients needed.
- 2 bars of white chocolate
- 2 scoops peppermint ice cream
- candy canes
- 1 cup milk
- caramel (optional)
2. Chop white chocolate bars into chunks. We want some munch in our milkshake.
3. Blend ice cream and milk.
4. Add crushed candy canes and white chocolate chunks and pulse for just a second or two so we can still feel the bits.
5. This is optional. If you want to decorate your glass, stick to tip of glass into a plate of caramel and dunk this to a plate of crushed candy canes. You should have a lining of candy cane on your glass.
6. Pour milkshake into glass.
7. Your Mint White Chocolate Milkshake is now done and ready to be served.
