How To Make Banana Oat Smoothie
It’s the 209th day of quarantine period in our region and if there is one lesson we learned from this pandemic, it is to treasure our health and take care of ourselves. Aside from taking vitamins and exercising, limiting my diet to healthy food is one thing I added to my habit. Most of the time, I choose fruits, low-fat dairy products and low-carb meals. I wouldn’t end the day without making a protein smoothie.
Banana Oat Smoothie is my favorite as it is easy to make and the ingredients are affordable and easy to find, especially in my country where banana is everywhere. Yet, this refreshment is delish and healthy. I would to share how I make it.
1. Prepare all the ingredients needed.
- 2 bananas
- 2 tbsp oats
- 2 tbsp protein powder
- 2 cups of milk
- ice
2. Throw bananas into the blender.
3. Pour in the dried ingredients.
4. Add the milk.
5. Blend.
6. Add the ice.
7. Pour smoothie in a glass.
8. Your Banana Oat Smoothie is now done and ready to be served.
