How To Make Brown Sugar Mocha
One of the best-selling flavors we had at Breen is the Brown Sugar Classic. It’s a milk tea with a brown sugar drizzle at the side of the cup. Of course, this was inspired by the famous bubble tea brands like Tiger Sugar, Xing Fu Tang and The Alley.
So for today’s blog, I’m not going to give you the recipe of our milk tea shop’s brown sugar milk tea. Instead, we’ll try to make a coffee version of this drink. I’m going to create a mocha or chocolate latte with brown sugar. Let’s see how it will taste like. I’m sure it’s gonna be great.
1.Prepare all the ingredients needed. This includes espresso shot, milk, vanilla, brown sugar syrup, whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
2. The first thing that should be poured in your cup or mug is the espresso shot. Set this aside.
3. Get another cup or glass and combine two tablespoons chocolate syrup, one tablespoon of brown sugar and half a teaspoon of vanilla. Stir them together.
4. Pour a cup of milk on top.
5. Heat this into the microwave.
6. Once done, we can now pour this milk mixture into the first cup which has the espresso.
7. Top with whipped cream.
8. Garnish with chocolate syrup. Your Brown Sugar Mocha is now done and ready to be served.
