How To Make Banana Chocolate Truffles
Did you know that the banana industry has always been a source of pride and precious foreign exchange for the Philippines? The Philippines is one of the top five exporters of bananas in the world.
Our province alone, Oriental Mindoro, is a proud producer of Saba and Lakatan. In fact, aside from Mindanao provinces, Mindoro is also known as manufacturer and exporter of banana chips.
With this huge produce, we’ve come up with a lot more banana dishes. We have Banana Cue, which are deep fried bananas coated with brown sugar; Turon, which are fried bananas wrapped with spring roll wrapper; Mariya, which is also known as banana fritters and the like.
Being obsessed lately to chocolate and banana fusion, I thought of using bananas into making chocolate truffles.
1. Prepare all the ingredients needed.
