How To Make Del Monte Peanut Butter Fruit Parfait
It’s a beautiful morning so it would be better to start it with a delightful parfait from Del Monte Kitchenomics. These three layers of goodness will make you forget your name. I’m exaggerating but that’s how yummy it is. Let me give you a hint of how heavenly each layers are. The first layer is a crumbly bits of biscuit. It’s actually your choice on what kind of biscuit you’ll use. The second layer consists of fruits sweetened naturally. They are from Del Monte so this portion will surely be loved. The third one is a fluffy layer of peanut butter cream whipped to perfection. Sounds incredible, right? Let’s make it, shall we?
1. Prepare all the ingredients needed.

- 1 can of 432 grams Del Monte fiesta fruit cocktail

- 1/4 cup peanut butter

- biscuits

- 2 Tbsp sugar, white

- 3/4 cup all-purpose cream
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
2. Place the all-purpose cream in the fridge to chill.
3. Separate Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail and its syrup. Cook the the fruits in two tablespoons of sugar and three tablespoons of its syrup. Cook this for two minutes.
4. Crush the biscuits into bits and set them aside.
5. Get the cream from the fridge and whip until light and airy.
6. Add condensed milk and peanut butter.
7. Let’s start arranging the parfaits! Start with the crushed biscuits at the bottom.
8. Put the fruit cocktail in the second layer.
9. Scoop some peanut butter cream for the third layer.
10. Continue doing the last three steps until your glass becomes full.
11. Your Del Monte Peanut Butter Fruit Parfait is now done and ready to be served.
