How To Make Iced Banana Espresso Con Panna
It’s the 153rd day of quarantine period in our region and quarantine food craze include iced coffee drinks with frothed or whipped cream with a twist on top. Dalgona coffee is an example. Little did I know that I have been making such kind of iced coffee before this lockdown.
Actually, they already exist even before it trended in social media. Before Dalgona and other names, we used to call these java as Espresso Con Panna, which means coffee or espresso with cream.
When I was in college, one of my coffee addiction was my homemade Iced Banana Espresso Con Panna. I guess it’s timely to recreate it.
1. Prepare all the ingredients needed.
- 3 bananas
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee or espresso
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- 1 cup cream
2. Make the con panna part or cream by whipping banana and cream together. I used blender for this process.
3. Sweeten this with condensed milk.
4. Continue blending.
5. Get your coffee and place it on your favorite cup.
6. Add ice cubes if you wish it to be iced. You can remove this part if you want your coffee to be hot.
7. Top it with the banana cream.
8. Your Iced Banana Espresso Con Panna is now done and ready to be served.
