How To Make Iced Raspberry Latte
One of my Starbucks usuals is this customized Caramel Macchiato that is named after the famous Korean girl group, Blackpink, because of its color. Some may not be familiar with this coffee since it is part of their secret menu. But in order to have this dual-colored drink, you just have to buy an Iced Caramel Macchiato and request to change vanilla into raspberry syrup.
Just by hearing the name Raspberry Latte, you already know that you’ll be meeting your next favorite coffee. The fusion of fruity flavor of raspberry and aromatic flavor of coffee is heavenly. I’m glad I was able to somehow recreate this drink. Ours was just blue because we ordered the wrong color of raspberry syrup. But the taste is just as luscious as Starbucks’ Blackpink. We also thought that blue part would make our latte different and distinct.
1. Prepare all the ingredients needed.
- 150 ml brewed coffee
- 150 ml milk
- 50 ml raspberry syrup
- 1 tbsp creamer
- 1 tbsp sugar syrup
- ice
2. Make your coffee by mixing freshly brewed coffee, creamer and sugar syrup. I had my own measurements but you can adjust them based on your preference.
3. It would be better to make this in a shaker so you can shake it with ice to make it cold.
4. In another shaker, mix milk and raspberry syrup. I’m using Torani for a sure quality flavor.
5. Pour this on your iced coffee cup.
6. Add ice.
7. Then, slowly, pour coffee on top of raspberry milk.
8. Your Iced Raspberry Latte is now done and ready to be served. I’m using my Starbucks reusable cup to give credit. Thank you, Starbucks, for this lovely drink!
