I know! We were going gaga with all the Korean stuff nowadays. We were so inclined with K-pop and K-dramas and even go obsessed with KBBQ or Korean Barbecue. Now, we’re going to Korean craze as I present to you one of the famous street food of Korea, the Korean Egg Sandwich, locally known as the Gaeran To Su Tu.

Egg sandwich, huh? We even have that in our food cart. But what makes this Korean Egg Sandwich unique is the vegetable omelette in it. Sounds delish, right? This version of egg sandwich has been the on-the-go breakfast meal of most Koreans because it isn’t just easy to prepare but it’s also easy to find. These cheap and savory toasts are just available along the streets of Korea!

I’m outside Korea but that doesn’t stop me from trying this out.
