How To Make Korean Strawberry Milk
It’s the 268th day of quarantine period in our region and I remember spending some of these days discovering and watching Korean dramas. Before, I told myself I’ll never gonna fall for Kdramas but look at me now, eating my own words. It’s because of you, COVID!
But aside from the oppas, I also can’t take my eyes off of the food that they’re eating. Foodie alert! And one drink that attracted me is the Korean Strawberry Milk. It is made with fresh chunks of strawberries and fresh milk. The gradience of white and pink made me say that I should make this. It’s quick and easy!
1. Prepare all the ingredients needed. This amount of ingredients will make two 250ml bottles of strawberry milk.
- 250 grams fresh strawberries
- 500 ml milk
- 60 ml heavy cream
- 60 ml sugar
2. Remove the stems of the strawberries. Wash the berries with clean water.
3. Slice strawberries into halves, then into three, then into small cubes.
4. Sweeten strawberries with sugar.
5. Let it set in the fridge for an hour.
6. Get your bottles. Divide strawberries and fill both bottles.
7. Pour 30ml heavy cream on each bottles.
8. Fill bottles with fresh milk.
9. Let it chill. Your Strawberry Milk is now done and ready to be served.
