How To Make Marshmallow Brownie Pinwheels
Marshmallows on top of brownies is a match made in heaven. I can still remember the times when my parents arrive from Manila, they would bring home a box of Brownies Unlimited and I would always pick the Rocky Road because of the marshmallows and brownie combo. Chunks of this soft candy make these brownies addictively great.
Until now, I’m craving for this goodness. But since no one’s staying or going to Manila and there isn’t a single branch of Brownies Unlimited or any brownie shops in the place where I live in, I have no choice but to make my own. What’s best about homemade brownies? Aside from the fact that I can adjust the flavor, sweetness and texture whether it is chewy, cakey or fudgy, I can also customize it based on the design of my choice and do whatever I want. And yes! You read the title right. I rolled the brownies and created Marshmallow Brownie Pinwheels!
