How To Make Oreo Mug Cake

Do you remember the first ever recipe I shared in my blog? It’s a mug cake! It’s a Cookie Mug Cake! Back then, I was a newbie at cooking and baking. That’s why I chose a very simple and very easy recipe like the mug cake. In fact, it was the first cake I ever made, although it wasn’t really a baked cake. I told you that! That was 2015! Look how time flies! Now, I know how to cook and through the years, I’ve shared ways to cook food of various kinds in this blog. But I’m not bragging because I admit that I’m still no expert to cooking. And if I’m in Epicurious’ 4 Levels segment, I would still be a level one chef. I’m just proud that I can now do things in the kitchen. Yay!

And since we reminiscing my first ever recipe in my blog, I would like to create another mug cake. I would like to utilize my remaining Oreo bits in my cupboard so today, we’ll be making an Oreo Mug Cake. Anyway, I recreated and got the recipe from Bigger Bolder Baking.
