How To Make Wintermelon Mocha Tea Latte
Posting a new recipe because Breen is finally having hot drinks in store! And as my loyal readers, you will be rewarded with a tip on how we make one of our hot milk teas.
It’s already rainy season and our customers are asking for something hot and comforting. So we experimented and studied ways to transform our usual bubble tea drinks into drinks that would fit the weather.
Wintermelon Mocha Tea Latte is one of the first from our crafts. Well, it was originally just mocha and tea latte but we decided to add some hint Wintermelon to enhance the flavor of the tea since Wintermelon is a known and distinct flavor of milk tea.
You may ask if it is safe to mix tea and coffee. We also have the same questions before creating this but to make sure that we won’t have health complications, we used decaffeinated coffee beans for our brewed coffee.
1. Prepare all the ingredients needed.
- 1 bag of black tea
- 100ml brewed coffee
- 2 tsp chocolate powder
- 2 tbsp wintermelon syrup
- 3 tsp creamer
- 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
- hot water
2. Brew tea in 100ml hot water for ten minutes.
3. Remove bag and add creamer.
4. Stir in wintermelon syrup and corn syrup.
5. Add 250ml hot water.
6. Make the mocha by mixing chocolate powder into the brewed coffee.
7. Pour tea latte on the cup of coffee. It’s like the usual mocha. But instead of plain milk, we’re adding milk tea on coffee.
8. Your Wintermelon Mocha Tea Latte is now done and ready to be served.
