How I Make Hummus Nachos
Do you remember the homemade hummus that I posted last time? Of course, we couldn’t leave that hummus without making hummus dishes. We made a bulk last time so merely using it as a dip is kinda boring. Therefore, I thought of an upgraded way of utilizing hummus and came up with Avocado Hummus Open Sandwich, Greek Hummus Feta Salad, Hummus Blondies and this Hummus Nachos.
Actually, our Hummus Nachos is almost similar to the salad except for the exclusion of feta cheese and addition of nacho chips. Regardless of the differences, both dishes are truly amazing, of course, because of the hummus.
1. Prepare all the ingredients needed.
- nachos
- hummus
- yogurt
- tomatoes
- ground beef
- cucumber
- red onion
- salt
- pepper
2. Cook the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Slice tomatoes, cucumber and red onion into dices.
4. Arrange nachos on a tray.
5. Add blobs of yogurt and hummus.
6. Top with tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and ground beef.
7. Your Hummus Nachos is now done and ready to be served.
