KAPayE Filipinas: Believing In The Power Of Coffee
Living in a digital and modern world, the customer’s judgment on restaurants has now evolved. Apart from having luscious food offerings, a restaurant now must possess a relaxing ambiance and an Instagram-worthy interior to be on the spotlight. It wasn’t hard for KAPayE Filipinas, the newest cafe in Pinamalayan, to hitch that spot because the restaurant carries all of those attributes.
The main reason I keep coming back to KAPayE Filipinas is the coziness it delivers to customers. The exquisite interior of Kapaye Filipinas will definitely make you feel you’re eating and enjoying your coffee in a restaurant in Manila. In fact, it reminds me of Cafe Mary Grace.
Just like Cafe Mary Grace, KAPayE Filipinas also serves all-day breakfast, pasta, steaks, pastries, coffee, teas and similar comfort beverages. Let’s get to know more about the food.
cod pharmacy soma Hot Mocha Latte | Iced Salted Caramel Latte
I must say that their coffee improves over time for both their hot and cold coffee. Now, the espresso is stronger, which is how I like my coffee. With the restaurant’s super cold temperature, everyone would like to order KAPayE Filipinas’ hot coffee. I tried their Hot Mocha Latte and it has a nice balance of chocolate, milk and java. The Iced Salted Caramel Latte only has mild sweetness from the caramel, which gave way to the flavor notes of the beans. And oh! I can’t forget to mention how these drinks were generously served in sophisticated mugs and glasses.
Soma with no prescription Overnight COD Deliveyry Sangria Mama | Tapsilog
I’m obsessed with their blended hot teas! Look at that! They’re served in teapot with candle at the bottom to keep them warm. It totally gives us an afternoon tea experience. Among the flavors I’ve tried so far, the Sangria Mama has the loveliest aroma. The Spiced Life and Lovely Dreams are bland. One time, I had their Tocilog with it. I noticed that their silog meals are grilled. Therefore, it has a delish charred crust on top of juicy meat. The serving of meat was kinda small so I recommend having the KAPayE’s Big Breakfast instead. It has hungarian sausage, tocino and bacon in one plate.
http___www.bigleaguekickball.com_category_press_ cheap discount online soma Bolognese | Chicken Tenders
This Bolognese got the tanginess that I want. It leans more to Italian style than Filipino style. The sweetness was just mild and there’s a hint of cheesiness into it. The same goes with their Marinara and other tomato-based pasta. Although it doesn’t have much ground beef toppings, the beef flavor can be recognized in the sauce. I also appreciate that the pasta is al dente. I paired it with their chicken tenders and it was made of fresh chicken and not the commercialized ones. Every piece is big, too. The tenderness was on point. They just have to add a little more crisp.
Soma shipped with no prescription Fish and Chips
I am meticulous when it comes to my Fish and Chips. I must say that KAPayE Filipinas nailed the fish part! The fish is extra clean. I didn’t even have time to chew the fish. All I got was the crunch from the exterior because the fish melted clear away. It’s that tender! While the fish stayed hot, the chips part was already cold. It’s better if they used fresh potatoes for this. I also wish that they use fresh oil when cooking because some unwanted flavors are sticking into the fries. The Green Tea Frappe is for all the real matcha lovers out there. It’s rich and earthy.
Grilled Pork Chop Ranch | Mango Milkshake
I wonder if the ranch dip is made in the house because it was flavorsome. The texture is kinda runny but I like the milk dominance. The pork could be more tender but I like the little crunch, the charred area and the addition of rosemary and lemon flavors into it. The meat is well-marinated and well-salted. However, I would appreciate it more if the way of cooking was also upgraded, not just the style of dish. The mango milkshake is thick and cold yet it was blended smoothly. It has a mix of sour and sweet so it feels natural.
All Meat Pizza
Their pizza features handmade dough baked into a crispy thick-crust pizza. I had fun pulling the goeey mozzarella cheese. The All Meat flavor only has minimal meat but they’re enough to flavor the pizza. I like the pepperoni they chose. It’s kinda toasted and it delivered smokiness. The tapa brought a Filipino touch to the pizza. Perhaps, they can add saltiness of cheese to level up the flavor. They’re not in the photo but Kapaye also offer gigantic milk teas. I tried their Classic Milk Tea with the pizza and it was too sweet for a plain milk and team fusion.
Hot Chocolate | Creme Brulee
I definitely enjoyed hammering the hardened caramel top of Creme Brulee. However, it was more of thick than delicate. I wish they torched it more so we could taste a burnt sensation, which is essential to a Creme Brulee. The custard interior was silky smooth but it didn’t get the melt-in-the-mouth feels as the texture comes near to a flan. As for my drink, the Hot Chocoloate also improved compared to my first Hot Chocolate order at Kapaye. It was bland before. Today, it’s sweeter and richer ỉn chocolate.
Waffles | Portuguese Tart
There’s a wide selection of pastries to choose in KAPayE Filipinas and these are my first orders. The waffles are soft yet dry. But thankfully, the chosen toppings were moist. The ice cream is sweet while the fruits gives freshness to the waffle. On the other hand, I have high standards when it comes to egg tarts because I have a friend who bakes this perfectly. It wasn’t met by KAPayE Filipinas. The custard doesn’t melt in the mouth. The bread wasn’t flaky. I’m just happy that they’re offering this kind of pastry because it’s rare in Pinamalayan, not to mention that it’s complicated to make.
