How To Make Lady’s Choice Stuffed Pork Chops

It may be common to serve pork chop as an everyday meal. But just like what Lady’s Choice mentioned in their page, when you serve it stuffed, this dish can transform into unique a meal! Stuffing pork chop with other ingrediants such as mushrooms, tomatoes and herbs can bring out more exciting flavors.

Why am I quoting Lady’s Choice say about this? It’s because we’re going to make another Lady’s Choice recipe on Stuffed Pork Chops. However, originally, their real mayonnaise was used as a dip. In my version, I included the real mayonnaise into the stuffing, making it more savory.

2. Make the marinade by mixing barbecue sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and honey.

3. Soak pork in the marinade for at least an hour.

4. Prepare stuffing by mincing onion and garlic. 

5. Saute three tablespoons minced onion and a tablespoon of minced garlic.

6. Mash in bouillon cube.

7. Add mushroom slices to the pan.

8. Pour in a pack of Lady’s Choice mayonnaise. In the original recipe of Lady’s Choice, the mayonnaise is supposed to be a dip. But adding it to the mushroom filling would be a great twist.

9. After marinating, stuff pork chops with the mushroom mixture. You can make a slit on one side of the pork chops and fill pockets with the stuffing or place mushrooms on top and fold the pork chop. Secure with toothpick.

10. Fry stuffed chops until they become golden brown.

11. Your Lady’s Choice Stuffed Pork Chops are now done and ready to be served.
