How To Make Orange Espresso Con Panna
Plain espresso con panna is out! Orange espresso con panna is in!
I admit that it is my first time to put fruit peel on any drink so I’m no expert to this. I’m really sorry for realizing it just now but I was surprised at how this orange peel gave impact to my coffee. I only dropped three small slices and my coffee already acquired its orange flavor and aroma. It’s so fragrant that I want to drink it already while making. I have to keep reminding myself that this is for the blog and I have to decorate it and take photos of it first before enjoying this hot drink. Anyway, here’s the method and outcome.
1. Prepare all the ingredients needed. This includes instant coffee powder, milk, orange, cane sugar and cream.
2. Get the milk and mix in instant coffee powder and cane sugar.
3. Peel orange skin straight to the cup.
4. Heat it in the microwave for a minute to extract the flavor of the orange into hot coffee.
5. While heating, shake cream in a mason jar to form a foam.
6. After heating, pour the orange-infused coffee in your favorite cup or you can just remove the orange peel.
7. Top it with the frothed cream made and garnish with more orange zest.
8. Your Orange Espresso Con Panna is now done and ready to be served.
