How To Make Seafood Rotini Pasta
Lately, we’ve been experiencing an Italian living every lunch and dinner. I don’t know what’s with my mom for the past few weeks but it seems like she’s enjoying cooking and serving us pasta every day instead of the usual rice and viand meals. And they’re not just the typical pastas. They’re pastas that you can not find in Google or somewhere but only in her mind and now, on my blog. For her, Mushroom Cream Penne Pasta, Tuna Pasta and Spaghetti with Meatballs are so yesterday. It’s time for my mom’s new experiments starting with this Seafood Rotini Pasta.
1. Prepare all the ingredients needed. This includes rotini pasta, squid, shrimp, crab, clams, bell pepper, olive oil, water, onion, garlic, margarine, salt and pepper.
2. Boil water in a pot. Add the rotini pasta, oil and salt once the water bubbled.
3. Slice onion, garlic, bell pepper and tomatoes into strips.
4. Saute the onion and garlic in margarine.
5. Throw in the tomatoes and mix.
6. Cook a quarter kilo of crab.
7. Cook a half kilo of shrimp.
8. Cook a quarter kilo of squid.
9. Then, cook a half kilo of clams.
10. Mix in the sliced bell peppers and turn the heat on low.
11. Drain the rotini pasta using strainer.
12. Pour the rotini pasta in the seafood mixture.
13. Add a cup of olive oil.
14. Your Seafood Rotini Pasta is now done and ready to be served.
