How I Make Gouda And Vienna Sausage Pizza Quiche

Last week, I got creative with the leftovers from my birthday charcuterie board and whipped up Brie Grape Crispbread and a Brie Apple Galette. But guess what? I still have some Gouda cheese sitting in the fridge! So, I thought, why not mix it with the Vienna sausages I have on hand? Add in some eggs and a tortilla wrap, and it hit me. Why not make a quiche?
A Sausage Pizza Quiche is the perfect blend of comfort food and creativity. It’s got all the flavors, savory meat, melty cheese, and a satisfying crust of a classic sausage pizza, but baked into a rich, creamy quiche. 1. Prepare all the ingredients needed.
- Butter
- Tortilla wrap
- Tomato Sauce
- Sausage
- Egg
- Milk
- Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dried Basil Leaves

2. Grease the dish bowl with butter and put the tortilla wrap as crust.

3. Brush some tomato sauce on tortilla wrap.

6. Arrange sausage on tortilla and pout the egg mixture into the dish pan.
