Adding up to the wide array of dining places in Pinamalayan is Par Nee Restaurant, located a few steps away from us so we didn’t think twice on trying it out. Par Nee came from the word “Parine”, which means “come here”. It’s a word you’ll most likely hear in Mindoro. So when you say, “Parine, makain” here in Mindoro, it means, “Come here, let’s eat.”

As our town evolve, there was also a rise in the number of coffee shops in Pinamalayan. Two of the town’s pride when it comes to crafting coffee are Street Grind and The Country Bean. The former uses moka pot method while the latter brew their coffee using espresso machine. No matter what process of brewing they work on, both cafes are sure to provide a good cup of joe.
