teamLab Planets: Immerse Your Body, And With Others, Become One With The World

When art and science collide, teamLab Planets is born.

teamLab Planets is an art facility that utilizes digital technology. It is a collaborative work of a group of artists, programmers, engineers, CG animators, mathematicians and architects. The projects of teamLab Planets aim to show the relationship between nature and artificial creations, letting the visitors immerse in an interactive world and transcend boundaries. While most museums instruct you to keep a safe distance from the paintings, this exhibit encourages you to engage and be with the art. The gallery offers a new art experience to individuals who are thirsty for a fresh new encounter.

It lived up to the hype and exceeded our expectations. We loved the immersive experience that it felt so surreal at points.

Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by an artwork that is located outside the building. It’s the  http___www.bigleaguekickball.com_about_ Order Soma online overnight FedEx delivery Universe of Fire Particles Falling from the Sky. It encourages guests to download a phone app called Distributed Fire, which serves as a digital candle. When we approached the monolith, our phone’s screen lit up. This light can also be shared to another phone with the said app. It’s fun that we can directly interact with the work but we aren’t really amused with this one.

The museum is divided into two parts. We decided to stroll around teamLab Planets’ water area first because we learned that we’ll submerge our feet in the exhibition,  can you buy soma cash on delivery Waterfall of Light Particles at the Top of an Incline. It’s a simple inclined pathway with water running down, touching our feet as we walk up. As we immerse ourselves into this artwork, our senses response to light, water and sound.

We went to the next installation and found our feet sinking beneath the bean bag-like surface, making us hard to walk. The  http___www.bigleaguekickball.com_category_press_ soma overnight delivery only Soft Black Hole explains that our body becomes a space that influences another body. In other words, a person’s weight changes the shape of the environment, which, in turn, impacts others. This space reminds us of the body that we have forgotten in everyday life and makes us more conscious of our body mass.

Now, we’re beginning to appreciate the beauty of lights as we found ourselves in a labyrinth of crystals and lights reflecting on all sides and directions. The room is surrounded by mirrors, causing the illusion of an infinity space, hence, the name,  Soma shipped with no prescription Infinite Crystal Universe. Using the teamLab app, visitors can create three-dimensional shapes using the dots of lights. If only the number of visitors was small, we could take a fantastic wide shot.

Yep! In every room, we’re experiencing expectation-versus-reality moments because of the big crowd that blocks the wonderful creations. Minus the people, we had a sight similar to a koi pond at  http___www.bigleaguekickball.com_category_press_ cheap soma cod Drawing on the Water Surface Created by the Dance of Koi and People – Infinity. But taking a closer look, the fishes are actually koi-shaped lights. They wade faster and faster over time until they turn into colorful lines.

The  Expanding Three-Dimensional Existence in Transforming Space – Flattening Three Colors and Nine Blurred allowed us to play with balls, not by throwing them, but only by touching the gigantic spheres. The visitors’ interaction affects the color of the spheres, resonating out the color in three-dimensions to nearby spheres. The art appreciation was kinda ruined though because of a group of kids pushing the balls.

We can’t help but be mesmerized with teamLab Planets’ Floating in the Falling Universe of Flowers. It’s like we entered a cosmos of flowers blooming and withering. It was truly mesmerizing! I can say that this is the exhibit that I got fully immersed. I lay down and felt like floating in a magical space. However, we did not stay long because the show kinda made us nauseous.

The teamLab Planets’ garden area started with Floating Flower Garden: Flowers and I are of the Same Root, the Garden and I are One. Contrary to the other exhibits, the artists used real plants for this installation. Living orchids are suspended from the ceiling and grow along near-invisible wires to give the impression that they’re floating in mid-air. As the flowers float up above people, open spaces are created, allowing people to wander freely on ground.

Lastly, the Moss Garden of Resonating Microcosms – Solidified Light Color, Sunrise and Sunsetchallenged our curiosity. I discovered online that these ovoids display amazing colors when the sun is out. Sadly, we visited during daytime so we only witnessed silver ovoids that show our reflection. In conclusion, the space of the work is interactively transformed under the influence of the weather and wind, just like mosses, having their poikilohydric habit.

Of course, we won’t leave the museum without trying the food at Vegan Ramen UZU Tokyo. After all, they have this intricately artistic one stroke bench in front, as seen in this post’s cover photo, where we can dine. We just had these lights snacks. The matcha doughnut seemed dull but it’s actually good. I’m amazed with the Cold Brew Green Tea because the leaves used were still fresh and green, yet, its brew tastes flavorful and refreshing.
