How I Make Italian Raw Beef Baguette Toast

After discovering Syrian Kibbeh Nayeh and Korean Yookhwe in Netflix’s Somebody Feed Phil, I learned that there are actually people who are eating raw beef and after searching raw beef used for consumption, I couldn’t believe that there are more countries that have normarlized eating beef raw.

Steak tartare from France was just the beginning. Italy has Carpaccio, a dish of raw fish or meat that is thinly sliced and pounded and served raw as an appetizer.

I don’t know what’s on my mind but let me try doing Carpaccio. I placed it on top of toasted baguette slice to make a Carpaccio Crostini.
