Cheesy Buldak Ramyeon with Sausage

There’s this Buldak Carbonara Ramyeon recipe going around on TikTok. It’s a creamy ramyeon topped with cheese sauce, melted cheese, Vienna sausages, and a boiled egg. It’s like a sausage pizza. And you know what’s bad? I always see it at midnight, when the kitchen lights are off and my stomach is growling!

Tonight, I’m prepared. I have the ingredients ready with me, and I brought this multifunctional electric cooker to my bedroom. So, when the craving hits again at three in the morning, I can cook and eat this delicious ramyeon right beside my bed.

Here’s how I make it.

1. Prepare all the ingredients needed.

  • 1 pack Samyang Buldak Cheese or Carbonara
  • 5 Vienna Sausage
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 50 grams Cheese
  • Cheddar Cheese Sauce
  • Oil

2. Slice sausages in four vertically, leaving the edge still attached.

3. Fry the sausages.

4. Boil the noodles.

5. Boil the egg as well but I cooked it on the multifunctional electric cooker’s steamer.

6. Once done, remove the water and pour evaporated milk.

7. Mix the instant ramyeon’s sauces. Of course, I’ll just put a small swirl of the red sauce because I’m weak when it comes to heat.

8. Add in cheddar cheese sauce.

9. Mix, place cheese slices on top and cover.

10. When the cheese melted, top with boiled egg and sausages.

11. Your Cheesy Buldak Sausage Ramyeon is now done and ready to be served.
