How I Make Baked Almond Brie Dip

Did I tell you that my favorite cheese is Brie? Made using milk from either cows or goats, Brie has this flavor that is soothing and mellow. It’s not hard to love.

Brie is so good that I can’t help but have a bite of this cheese before I could begin making the dip. My apologies! Let’s just assume that the Brie here is still whole.

One thing you can do with Brie, aside from eating it as it is like what I did, is to make a cheese dip out of it. Simple almond and honey on top of baked brie is mind blowing delicious. It’s so easy but fancy at the same time.

1. Prepare all the ingredients needed.

  • Brie cheese
  • Chopped almonds
  • Honey
  • Rosemary

2. Toldya! It’s already missing a quarter. I’m sorry. I can’t help it. But let’s cut the remaining into smaller triangles.

3. Drizzle honey over Brie.

4. Top with sliced almonds and rosemary.

5. Bake until melted.

6. Serve with apple slices and your Baked Almond Brie Dip is now done.
