Best Of Glee

Everybody knows Glee. For those who don’t know, shame on you. Glee is an American musical comedy-drama television series that airs on the Fox network. It focuses on how New Direction, the Glee club, strives to reach their dreams and become an effective team. The said show has six seasons and sadly, the season airing today is the last season. The musical show may end, but their songs will forever be in our hearts. Glee really rules in making revivals. And with that, I chose my top ten Glee songs.

I was just amaze on how they sang Oh’s. And oh! Lea Michele and Idina Menzel both have brilliant voices. Apart from that, you have to agree with me. They are look alike.

9. Hall of Fame

Standing in the hall of fame
And the worlds gonna know your name
Cause you burn with the brightest flame
And the worlds gonna know your name

The Glee’s version of this song is in the hall of fame. This cover of New Directions is amazing, especially Artie. They picked a good chorus singer.

8. It’s my Life / Confessions Mash-up

It’s my life
Just when I thought I said all I can say
My chick on the side said she got one on the way
These are my confessions
I just wanna live while I’m alive!
It’s my life!

This mush-up is one of the best performances ever on Glee. This made me remind of Finn Hudson. Look at how much energy Cory had as he sang “I ain’t gonna live forever.”

7. We are Young

Watch their performance on “We are Young” and it will make you realize the real meaning, sense, and importance of friendship in our lives. You could see that they are a family.

6. On My Own

The trees are bare and everywhere the streets are full of strangers

I’ve always been a fan of this song, no matter what who’s the singer who sang it. Very iconic! In Glee, it was the Rachel’s audition in the first episode. I remember this like it was yesterday.

5. Hey, Soul Sister

Hey soul sister
I don’t wanna miss
A single thing you do
Tonight

Okay. I like the Warblers’ version more than the original one because it’s Darren Criss who leads them. But yeah, it doesn’t seem too much of difference from the original.

4. Don’t Stop Believing

Don’t stop believin’
Hold on to that feelin’
Streetlights, people

So yeah, this must be the Glee’s theme all throughout the season – don’t stop believing. As we can see, the New Directions never stopped believing and they achieved their dreams.

3. No Air

It’s how I feel whenever you ain’t there
It’s no air, no air

Yes, Finchel is so lovely and they sang this song perfectly. Finn’s raspy voice matches Rachel’s beautiful voice. Their version of No Air just give me chills.

2. Halo / Walking on Sunshine Mash-up

I can feel your halo halo halo
I’m walking on sunshine, wooah
I can see your halo halo halo
I’m walking on sunshine, wooah

Halo and Walking on Sunshine is another mash up made by Glee. I really love how the girls sang this. For me, they beat the boy’s It’s My Life and Confessions Mash-up.

I absolutely love this! The voices of Rachel and Santana sound good together. I also like their performance in this song. And before I forgot to say, I also like Santana’s dress in the said performance.
