Smiles Are Never-ending At Central Park Reef
Soma SHIPPED BY CASH ON DELIVERY ~ ONLINE US Soma Now that we can travel freely, one of the Pinoy’s favorite pastimes is to go out of town to relax, see the sights and eat. Ever since the start of summer, we were traveling non-stop. It’s really evident that we’re hungry to travel again after that two long years of quarantine.

Soma online Overnight without dr approval Central Park Reef is actually famous in TikTok because of its unique architectural design, especially of the swimming pool. I noticed that there is an array of boutique hotels in Subic Bay, which are built almost side by side. Central Park Reef is one of them. It may be small but it can give extravagant hospitality like in a luxury hotel.
The lobby is beautiful but I don’t find its interior appealing to the eye. It’s spacious but I don’t think they were able to maximize the space well. Anyway, checking in the hotel also went smoothly. Thanks to the friendly receptionists! After the guard who was just looking at us idly when our car arrived, we were greeted hospitably by the rest of the staff.
Nevertheless, the hotel managed to redeem itself with the aesthetic design of the swimming pool. This part of the hotel is their asset and for sure, most guests pick Central Park Reef because of Sand’s Cafe & Bar infinity pool. It’s simply unique and magnificent. It’s unusual for me to see indoor pool with big columns. Central Park Reef succeeded on making it look lavish. It has a cemented bottom that is molded like sand. However, the water here is super cold. We couldn’t bear dipping here long. That’s probably why guests just swim here for photo purposes.
We ended up swimming at the beach, which is just at the back of the pool. Although its a public beach and not only accessed by Central Park Reef guests, I’m surprised that the sea and the shore were maintained clean. The water is warm and clear so we indeed enjoyed playing here. Visitors must just be careful not to go beyond the swimming border because there are fish nets and hooks outside it. Guests can also avail water sports activities in the beach but I don’t think they’re still part of the resort.
As for the hotel’s accommodation, we booked two rooms, family room and executive room, since there are six of us. I wasn’t able to capture the family room since it is immediately vacated by my tired companions. After all, it looks similar to executive room, except for the beds. Although small, the bedroom is clean and comfortable to stay on. However, it lacks some of the essential complimentary stuff. What’s the purpose of the electric heater if they can’t provide coffee or tea? There are also no slippers and rugs. Thankfully, they have high-speed internet with coverage all over the place.
In Agoda, it states that the family room has a mountain view so I was expecting some lush and serene environment when I take a peek at our balcony. Yes! It truly has the view of the mountains but it was beyond the establishments! Underneath the balcony, we can easily notice the busy street. But I still agree that Central Park Reef has a perfect location. I appreciate having the urban life on one side and the province life on the other.
We took our breakfast at Sand’s Cafe & Bar. It’s nestled on the side of their famous swimming pool so while eating, we got the good view of the infinity pool and the beach. It’s sad that it closes early at four in the afternoon but, perhaps, it’s for the maintenance of the pool. Our booking doesn’t have complimentary breakfast, too, but we still enjoyed our orders.
My personal order was the Ham & Cheese Omelette. It has thick wrap of scrambled egg, which is yummy. It’s obvious that they used quality ham and egg for this. However, I suggest to use melting cheese instead to give it some moisture. The hash brown with it is too chunky. After consuming the sides, it’s like I’m eating soggy and watery grated potatoes. It’s also oily. I guess, it’s better to keep it thin to retain the crispiness until the middle.
Another restaurant is situated at the deck of the hotel. With a retro bar theme and a live band, 88th Street Bistro is great for inuman sessions. The design of the restaurant describes nightlife. Example displays that absolutely caught our eye are the classic Corvette, jukebox and payphone. The meeting halls are stylish, too.
There’s also another infinity pool at the far end of the storey. It’s simpler than the pool on the ground floor but with the scene of Subic skyline, guests may get a different vibe here. However, we decided not to swim here because we think that the inclusion of pool here is quite bothering to dining customers. I don’t know. Maybe, that’s just me. Besides, they also said the water in rooftop pool is also cold.
For our dinner at 88th Street Bistro, we had Crispy Pata, which is truly crispy and flavorful but has to much fats, and Nilagang Baka, with consistent cuts of beef chunks and potatoes that I find amusing. They could have cooked the soup longer for softer beef and veggies. The broth is delicious though. My fave among our orders is the Grilled Salmon. They were able to exhibit its natural sea flavors. Although it isn’t too juicy, the lemony sauce give it moisture. I suggest to put salmon in smaller plate to make the fish steak look big.
I’m ending my blog with a self-made Tiktok video of Central Park Reef. I was just watching the hotel from the people I follow in Tiktok and now, I have my own tour and experience. I definitely didn’t regret choosing Central Park Reef for our Subic staycation.
