Light on light! That’s our motto for today as we make Choco Mousse Cream Pie. It’s a no-bake dessert so the steps are guaranteed to be easy and kid-friendly.
We got a light chocolate mousse flavored with a hint of caramel for our middle layer. We also have a light whipped cream spread evenly on top. All of these turned into pie for an added texture. Can this get better?

- 1 cup crushed oreos
- 1/4 cup butter
- 12 oz dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 liter whipping cream
- 1 tbsp agar jelly
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- 1 pinch salt
2. Make the pie crust by combining the crushed oreos and melted butter.
3. Set the Oreo mixture at the bottom of the pan. Flatten with measuring cup.
4. Whip cream and gradually add the icing sugar. Set this aside.
5. Melt chocolate, caramel sauce and agar jelly with a quarter cup of water. Let this cool.
6. Once cooled, fold in half of the whipped cream.
7. Pour the mousse on top of the Oreo crust.
8. Add the remaining whipped cream on top of the mousse.
9. Your Choco Mousse Cream Pie is now done and ready to be served.
