How To Make Honey BBQ Wings
It’s my first Noche Buena to only have two persons celebrating on our dining table. For this year’s Christmas eve, I only have my mom with me. My siblings already have their respective families. Even my dad has his own family. But this Christmas drama didn’t stop us on having feast as abundant as before. After all, as they say, I have a tummy of three. And we can eat the remaining food on the rest of 2019 so no worries with that. Ever since I started to learn on how to cook in 2014, it has been my personal tradition to contribute at least one dish for Noche Buena and Media Noche. For this year’s Christmas eve and New Year’s eve, I made Honey BBQ Wings and Chocolate Eggnog Mousse Cake respectively.
Since it’s the season of giving, let me share my recipe of Honey BBQ Wings.

2. Wash the chicken wings.
3. Cut them into parts.
4. And pat them with paper towels to dry. Set the wings aside.
5. In a bowl, combine the salt, garlic powder, sugar, pepper and flour.
6. Season wings with the powder mixture.
7. Preheat deep fryer.
8. Cook the seasoned chicken wings.
9. While working on the chicken, let’s start the honey barbecue sauce by melting butter on a pan.
10. Pour in barbecue sauce, honey and ketchup. Let the sauce simmer on low heat.
11. Once the wings and the sauce were done, remove them from heat. Dip the chicken wings into the honey barbecue sauce.
12. Your Honey BBQ Wings are done and ready to be served.
