How To Make Mango Oat Toast

When it comes to toasts, I’m used to put margarine and sugar spread, milk and eggs like in French Toast or garlic. I never thought the fruit puree would also be a great flavor for a toast. Thanks to Taste of Home for giving me an idea. I saw their recipe on Orange Toast and thought of making toast using puree of available fruits here. Since it’s mango season, I decided to make mango oat toast. Yep! I added oats for healthy option. Actually, it feels like a wheat bread when toasted with oats. But please excuse my recipe for having no measurements because this is purely made of estimations. Try it! It’s fun!

 

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

  • mango
  • oats
  • loaves of bread
  • cinnamon powder
  • milk

 

2. Make oat flour by processing it into a food processor.

 

3. When the oat becomes coarse, add the mango slices.

 

4. Drizzle with a pinch cinnamon powder.

 

5. Pour a splash of milk.

 

6. Continue blending.

 

7. Soak loaves of bread into the mango mixture.

 

8. Toast in a toaster or using a pan.

 

9. Your Mango Oat Toast is now done and ready to be served.
