How To Make Pepperoni Pizza Toast
It’s the 30th day of quarantine period in our region and I admit that I’m running out of ideas to talk about in my blog. I can’t post restaurant reviews and travel stories since we can’t go out of our house. I just wish there are food delivery companies in our province. Also, I can’t collect products to review since I’m saving my money. This lockdown isn’t allowing me to earn. There’s only one thing I can share for the meantime – recipes.
It’s quite embarrassing to fill my blog with recipes since I’m not really a cook. But let me share the latest snack I cooked for the family – Pepperoni Pizza Toast.
When I posted our Mozzarella Sticks recipe, I told you that we have huge blocks of Mozzarella cheese at Breen Milk Tea that the store can’t use since it’s closed. So I thinking of ways to utilize this stretchy Mozarella cheese, hence the Pepperoni Pizza Toast.
1. Prepare all the ingredients needed. I won’t mention the measurements because we just estimated it. It’s actually up to you based on how you would like the toasts to be.
- bread loaves
- pepperoni
- tomato sauce
- Mozarella cheese
- pineapple chunks
2. Get loaves of bread and flatten them using rolling pin. I don’t have rolling pin but I’m glad I have metal straws, which is kinda useful for this process.
3. Spread tomato sauce on these bread loaves.
4. Grate Mozzarella cheese on top of tomato sauce.
5. Arrange pepperoni and pineapple chunks on top of grated Mozzarella cheese.
6. Drizzle more Mozzarella cheese! Anyway, I also added processed cheese to lift the cheese flavor. This is optional.
7. Preheat oven toaster and cook pizza for 8 minutes.
8. Your Pepperoni Pizza Toast is now done and ready to be served. I also made Hawaiian Pizza Toast, which explains why I have pineapple chunks.
