How I Make Hummus Blondies
Do you remember the homemade hummus that I posted last time? Of course, we couldn’t leave that hummus without making a hummus dish. We made a bulk last time so merely using it as a dip is kinda boring. Therefore, I thought of an upgraded way of utilizing hummus and came up with Hummus Nachos, Greek Hummus Feta Salad, Avocado Hummus Open Sandwich with Prosciutto and this Hummus Blondies.
Among all the hummus dishes I made, this has the biggest transformation because we’re not just utilizing hummus as a sauce or dressing. We’ll be using it as a base and flavor for blondies! You’ll definitely love this because it’s like a peanut butter bar but healthier.
The measurement given below can only serve one person. I just baked a small bar because I’ll be the only one to eat.
1. Prepare all the ingredients needed.
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 1/8 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Oil
- Raisins
2. Combine all the ingredients except for the raisins.
3. After incorporating, fold in the raisins.
4. Get your baking pan and grease with oil.
5. Pour batter into the pan.
6. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees Celsius.
7. Your Hummus Blondies are now done and ready to be served.
