Positadi’s Flourishing Haven For Marine Life
http___www.bigleaguekickball.com_category_press_ next day delivery soma It’s the 352nd day of quarantine period in our region and being isolated in our own province during this time of crisis, I was able to appreciate the beauty and tourism of our land. And since we’re starting to feel the heat of summer, we can’t just stay at our homes. We are totally hungry for staycations. We miss having salty hair, sandy toes and sun-kissed skin. Finally, we were able to have all these at The Sanctuary by Positadi and Aplaya by Positadi Campsite.

As we descended into the water in the morning, we were able to see small fishes and small crabs. Staff said that there is also coral reef around. We didn’t notice the corals but our eyes are already with the beautiful rock formation in the shore.

You will definitely feel the presence of flora in every area of The Sanctuary. Even animals, including our pet, Shih Tzu, seemed to enjoy the site. And yep! You’re free to bring your pets inside the compound. They’ll be happy and welcoming.

We chose the deluxe room since it fits the three of us. At first, I thought it’s only a simple nipa hut made with woven split bamboo walls to keep the room native. But surprisingly, we’re comforted with cool air of an AC since the room is actually made with cement covered and designed with bricks and sawali.
With the beautiful structure and strong foundation, it is like we’re living in a traditional stilt house but in high class accommodation. Aside from having an AC, the hut is completed with shower, water heater and bidet in its bathroom. Each room has spacious balcony, a perfect place to drink coffee or to rest on their rocking chair.
Positadi continued to expand their compound by developing a beach campsite nearby. It is open for day trip or overnight stay. Guests can rent cabanas, picnic tables, tents and even bedroom with AC for their convenience. Aplaya by Positadi Campsite is a small drive away from The Sanctuary. Thanks to the walkway they built at the seaside! They made the transport quick and easy.
Apart from the camping facilities, the beach resort also offers kayak boats, paddle boards, cooking equipments and fire pit as shown in the photo. The Sanctuary guests can do watersport activities for free. We rode the kayak but there were waves during our visit. The strong current prevented us from kayaking for more minutes.
Moreover, I didn’t enjoy the beach much because it’s quite crowded. Aplaya and El Dionisio Paraiso, the beach resort beside it, are both fully booked since it’s a weekend and the start of summer. I think, the beach suits well to extroverted persons who would want to dip in the sea all day. But if you’re looking for tranquility, The Sanctuary is the perfect spot.
The viewing deck situated at the bottommost part is my favorite spot to chill. Breathtaking and unblocked scene of the sea, sunset, mountains, The Sanctuary and Aplaya can be seen here. Plus, it’s the only place in The Sanctuary that has a strong phone signal. More benches and viewing decks, which also serve as dining area, are scattered in the long downhill stretch of the resort.
The resort offers meals for its guest. However, they recommend to order at least one day ahead to ensure freshness of ingredients. We weren’t able to prepare ourselves for this since we just brought in snacks. But it’s a good thing that my mom surprisingly know their kitchen manager so we requested for any available food. If ever they have the opportunity, I think it’s also great for them to invest on restaurant. With that kind of view, I would absolutely travel the long way to dine and relax.
I must say that Pinamalayan must be proud for having The Sanctuary and Aplaya because honestly, it’s one of the loveliest tourist destination in town. It provides excellent lodging and accommodation, which is rare in Pinamalayan. Beside boosting the tourism of our town, it is also securing the protected area of Banilad.
